ACT Records Manager assigned automatically

Dear All, 

 

My Client Having below version of ACT

 

ACT Version: ACT Premium for Web 19.2.146.0, Update 5

Total User with Internet Sync Users: 24

Windows Server: 2012 R2

 

The field Record manager under contact shows huge number assigned for some other users where he was also surprised that he has not created those contacts and still it shows under his name, we checked with other users if by mistake have they assigned but NO coz we have restricted edit option for all standard users.
we checked with older backup's and till last week it shows under some other user name, from this week onwards its shown on another user name and that too with unbelievable records number i.e. 800++
None of the users modify the contacts nor he had entered the contacts.

 

This had happened before as well but that time we deleted that user and recreated again, then the creation or assigning of records to randomly records manager assign stopped but this is was not the solution, something weird is going on donno what?

 

I tried to do maintenance on the publisher as well on the subscriber database and asked to sync but there was no use.

Please help me in this regard.
