Hello,
I cannot get actreader.exe to launch. I am attempting to set up an ODBC connection so I can use Crystal Reports 8 with the ACT data. If I double click actreader.exe on the server, I will see an hour glass for a split second and then nothing happens. I am not able to change the password.
We are running ACT! Premium for web 2009 Version 11.1.183.0, Hotfix 1
This is running on a Windows Server 2003 machine that houses the database
ACT network sync service is also running on the server and some remote laptops use this
Client PC's have the same ACT version
I appreciate your help

This issue has been fixed. I downloaded a clean copy of ACT! Reader from http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/fattach_get.php?p_sid=kg...
The new actreader.exe works. My original one must have been corrupted or was outdated.
