Resetting preferences didn't change much - most fonts are still too small to read comfortably.

 

Will try reinstalling.  There is no uninstall option on the application.  Will the Remove Programs in Windows control panel take care of it?

Yes, the control panel option will remove the application.

Reinstalling didn't fix it either.  Adjusting both the DPI and the resolution made the contact list small enough to see individual lines, but the contact detail is still reduced in size to about 1/2 the normal size, font in the fields is tiny, and field description font is random sized.

 

Guess I will have to try tech support next.  Thanks for your help.

Disabled DPI scaling for Act program only - fixed!
