I'm new to the ACT software package, so I don't have much experience setting it up or knowing how it performs, but we've noticed that when we click on the 'Contact View' button on the main page, it takes forever to load up the records. It generally hangs IE before it finishes loading everything (a DB of about 9000 records.) We have this issue even when connecting while running the web page directly on the server, so it doesn't seem to be a network issue.
We're running ACT Premium for WEB 11.0, IIS 6.0, server 2003 SP2 with 2 GB of RAM, a 2 Ghz processor.
Has anyone run into this type of issue before?
