I don't think there is one but basically the My Record is the record that you end up on when you log in to Act!. It is used to put your information in documents or emails that you create by merging the information from both the contact you are sending them to as well as your information for the signature, etc. It is also used to attach activities scheduled for yourself, etc. If you have a specific question I can try and answer it.
