Hi Team,

 

Sorry that i got another issue while access swiftpage emarketing. It working well for the 1st trial. But the problem appeared after i changed the emarketing password. I try to find out solution from internet but all fail. Enclsoed with the screen shot. please kindly advise. Million thanks!

We need Act! to pick up the new password details.

Here is a little (4 steps) process to do this.

1. Log into website and change password back to previous password. This should allow them back in via Act!.
2. Once in emarketing in Act!
a. Write>Swiftpage Emarketing>Email Marketing
b. Account (bottom right)
c. Account tab (top left)
d. Type in Account Password and click Connect\disconnect existing users.
e. On right hand window select your username and choose disconnect user.
f. Close out of Act!.
3. Log into website and change password to new password.
4. Open Act! and go Write>Swiftpage Emarketing>Email Marketing, this should ask you to create an account or log into an existing account, put in your details with the new password.

All should now be working.
