I'm a new user and admin for ACT!. We're upgrading from V6.0 to 10.0 over the next couple of months. My users are used to working on their desktops and in the Edit and Tag modes in Contact List but I just found out that in Premium for Web V 10 those modes are not available. Does anyone know a workaround or new workflow for editing and tagging on the Contact List that will keep my users happy?

Is this from the web client? If so, edit mode isn't a feature in the web client.
Tag mode is enabled by default in the web client. You can tag multiple contacts by clicking the row or place a check in the contact list.
Please submit a feature request to be considered in a future version - http://www.act.com/community/feature/
