ACT Premium for Web 2012 outlook and limited access issues

Hi All,

 

I'm having a few issues with the newest version of ACT . First, ACT! integration with Outlook 2003 is extremely slow. It freezes for at least 5 seconds when trying to create or open an email. Its unbearable. Is there any way to resolve this without uninstalling and losing the add email to contact(s) functionality?

 

Second,  I have set all our user's prefences to limited access when creating a new opportunity. However, after saving the opportunity it automatically reverts to public. Has anyone else had this issue? It sounds like a software bug
