Hopefully a nice easy one for you.
A Client of mine already has ACT! Premium 2009 installed and configured on his SBS Server 2003.
He has asked me to go along and install the Premium for Web function (He has the relevant CD's etc.)
Please outline what steps I will need to take to carry this out and get it to work smoothly.
Also, will users have to come out of the database whilst I perform the install?

ACT! and ACT! for Web are two different products, so he will need to uninstall ACT! Premium and then install ACT! Premium for Web. He will still be able to open the Premium database in the Web version. Please see the following Knowledgebase article for installation instructions for APFW 2009:
And, yes, all users will need to log out of ACT! during the uninstall and the reinstall.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
