ACT Premium and Attach to Contact Problem

Hi.  Our company is currently using ACT! 2009 version 11.0.0.367.  We have several users experiencing problems attaching a message from Outlook 2003 to Act! contacts.  The Outlook format is HTML with Microsoft Word as the default email editor.  When a user attaches a message into ACT only the subject gets transfered without the message body.  Does anyone have solution for this problem?  Thank you.

This is likely due to the settings in Preferences. Have a look at Preferences-Email-Email System Setup, run through the wizard and ensure that Email-Record History is set to Email-Subject and Message.

Unfortunately that is not the solution.  The preferences are already set on the individuals computers to accept email subject-message and all attachements.   Any other ideas?  We have the problem occuring on 4 users machines.
