I installed ACT! Premium Web Access about a month and a half ago and I just found that when I try to print some reports (not all) they are blank. Today I tried to print a Contact Report (the one that comes preloaded in the program) but all I get is a header and footer - no data from the contact or lookup (I tried both current contact and current lookup options). This report DOES work properly on a co-worker computer and on our server and I am able to print other reports....Also under one of our log ins when we try to print a calendar it tells us that we are trying to print thousands of addresses - but we are selecting the calendar and filtering properly. The calendar actually does print as a calendar if we just click OK....
Any suggestions on how to get the reports working properly under all of our users??
