i did have the same issue on one of our own, but also on customer devices.
the problem was/is related to the Graphic card, changing Drivers did not help, the only fix that did help was to exchange the graphic card. works great on PC´s
on notebooks it is problematic (my own notebook has this issue) and i changed from Win7 to win8, up to win2012, allways the same issue...
let me know if you can change graphic card and if this solves the issue
