We use ACT! Premium 2012 and share the database on a server. It appears that everytime a user synchronizes with the database, both quote template files get renamed to include the date and time they synchronized.

This causes the "File Not Found" error when we attempt to generate a quote.
I am aware that I can go into the template files and rename them back to their original form, but it happens again and again everytime a synchronization is performed.
How do we fix this issue permanently?
