ACT! Premium For WEB 2008

Can anyone help with the following error message:

 

I have already tried the following suggestion but still didn't resolve the problem:

When are you getting this message?  Did you have a previous version or Workgroup edition installed on this machine?

Hi David,

 

This is only happening when a user is trying to log in to our ACT! database via a web browser. I am running IIS 6 on Windows Server 2003. Strangely enough this was working fine. I am not sure why this have now happened. Any help would really be appreciated.
