We have an Act! Premium V16 installation running on a Windows server.
We installed Act! Integration Services on our sales machine and all works fine when connected to our local network. However, we tried to install the integration services on a laptop belonging to a remote sales employee and it's not working. When we enter the Web Service Address, it's coming up with an error message: The Act! Premium service can not be reached.... It's also coming up with another error message, please see screenshot (IP Address removed for security reasons) - http://postimg.org/image/cqeps1109/
The issue seems to be that we are using NAT on the server and therefore the URL is in this format: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1234/APFW. If you look at the screenshot, you can see that in the two URLs shown, one of them has the port number included while the other URL doesn't.
It seems to be a bug in the Integration Services software. Apart from removing NAT, is there a workaround?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
