ACT Premium 9 losing registration on a single computer

One of our computers has lost registration and is requiring registeration.  This is the 2nd time in 45 days on the same machine (running Windows 7).  The last time that happened the phone support was able to help.  Now this time they are unwilling to help only directing me to this community as it is no longer supported by Sage (or pay for the upgrade to a supported version).  When I attempt to register there is not an installation key.  I checked and the date/time is correct on the machine.  Any suggestions?

Hello Jon,

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community!

With a Windows 7 OS, it may be that you need to run the ACT! program 'As Administrator'.  To do this: close ACT!, right click on ACT! icon > select Properties > select Compatibility tab > enable 'Always run as Admin' option (at bottom of tab).  Click OK to close the window, double click on the ACT! icon to open.
