I am a new user of ACT, but have used other CRMs so learning quickly. I have 2 managers who would like to have ACT synced to their iPhones and after reading several posts and articles it would appear that Handheld Contact is by far the easiest, least technical and least expensive way of accomplishing this. Is this an accurate statement? Are there limitations or considerations that I need to be aware of. We currently have ACT installed on 7 PC's, running Windows 7, with one acting as a network server. I am not a tech wizard, but consider myself to be somewhat tech savvy. It is easy and straightforward to implement Handheld Connect? Many thanks!
