I am posting this on behalf of a user experiencing issues and havent been able to find a solution.
ACT has on several occasions dialled the wrong number and when I put notes in the history it has gone to another card, also Sue B had my history on one of her clients that I had never contacted before but we refreshed ACT and it fixed itself but today I sent an email out of act and when I checked it later in the day I found it was sent to a different contact in a different card.
any ideas whats going on here?
