When trying to activate Sage ACT! Premium 2011 version 13.0.401.0 HotFix 2, I get the following message:
We are unable to register ACT!. To register at a later time, restart ACT!.
Select the Phone button to register via phone.
When I press this button, the phone number I'm supposed to call is: email@example.com
We have 3 licenses, one for 2 users and two for 3 users
We are running the program on some Windows Server 2003 Standard Terminal Server, and the Database is running on a Windows Server 2008R2 Standard.
The program is working fine on one Windows 2003 and on the Windows 2008R2 server, but not on the second Windows 2003. The program has been running on this server earlier, but now when starting the program, it asks to register.
Hope I have remembered all information, and that someone has a solution for me.
