ACT!Premium 2011 License Question on Our Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server

We need some help about our licensing situation.

We are now testing with ACT!Premium 2011 on our server which is a terminal server for some of our applications.

We have about 10 users need to use the software, now here comes the question, how many license do we need to purchase?

I am a little bit confused about our licensing situation.

From here http://www.act.com/Products-and-Services, I got that Premium 2011 can support 1 - 10+* users, the price is $459.99.

From the 5th page of document ACT!_2010_Citrix_Deployment_Whitepaper.pdf, we then should purchase one license for every user, that means we need to pay about 10 license?

I searched from our fourm but without luck, could anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

You need to purchase a licence for every named user. So 10 users = 10 licences.
