ACT! Premium 2010 and Outlook 2010

I installed ACT Premium 2010 on a computer with Outlook 2010.  I've renamed the old Preferences file and copied into the correct folder the Preferences files listed in KB 26713.

This PC is in Singapore and Control Panel\Regional  Setting is set to Singapore.  Eventually I added all three files in KB 26713.  Still cannot get ACT 2010 and Outlook 2010 connected.  Any suggestions?  Outlook is 32-bit on Windows 7 PC.

Office 2010 came out several months after ACT 2010. Office 2010 is supported with ACT 2011 only.

Yes, I used the Australian version of the file and finally put all three of them in there at once.

Mike - thanks for checking.  I guess it is working.  I followed up with the user, but no response, so it must be working.  Since then I have added this fix to other PCs and noticed that Outlook 2010 did not immediately show up in Tools > Preferences.  It showed up after adding the address book in Outlook.
