ACT Premium 2010 and Outlook 2010

Hi All,

We have a client using ACT V2010. They have upgraded some users to Outlook 2010 with the inevitable problem of compatibility. They have applied the workaround found in this article

However, the default setting in Outlook has been set to Subject Only. They would like the default to be None. The article says that the default is Subject And Message. Is there any way to change the default? I have searched the Ukpreferences206.xml file and found the reference to [SUBJECTANDMESSAGE] but changing this does not change the add-in behaviour. Can anyone help?

Re: ACT Premium 2010 and Outlook 2010

Try setting up one of the non-Office 2010 computers with the desired options (close ACT! to ensure Prefs are updated/saved) > then copy the UKPreferences206 file from it to replace the UKPreferences206 file on the Office 2010 computer.
