I just ran into another issue, I tried clicking on my email address through my ACT contact info and it opens a new email through outlook but will not put my email into the To: field. It previously had on my previous PC. Any suggestions?

The program is functioning as designed. When clicking an email address on the 'My record' it does not populate the 'To' field.
I can't speak to your experience on a previous computer, but this has been the design for several versions.
