ACT Premium 2010 Not displaying all Dropdown

I am part of the IT department for a small company. They are currently using ACT premium 2010. One user is having issues with the dropdown lists. All other users do not have this problem. The dropdown arrow does not display for her. Currently she is able to use the hotkey CTRL + Down Arrow to access the dropdowns. Any suggestions would be helpful. We want to try to solve this without having to upgrade the whole company.

Most likely she has the screen fonts set to something other than 96 DPI.
