Hi - We are having an issue where the ACT/Outlook addin is crashing outlook making it "not responding" Outlook becomes "not responding" when we click on the actual add-in, for example "Quick attach" or one of the others. Then, we need to do alt/ctrl/del to kill outlook and restart it, and go into the outlook settings and disable the addin, Outlook works perfectly fine. So its something with the addin that is causing this problem. We have tried uninstalling ACT/Reinstalling, and that didnt help. Some had mentioned something about an issue with preferences, and/or ISPA, but I'm not sure what could be the problem. Any help is appreciated.
- The ACT version we are using is Act! Version 126.96.36.199, Update 3
- The Microsoft Office version we are using is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016
- ACT is stored and running on a terminal server with 10 users
- The Windows operating system ACT is running on is Windows Server 2016
