We are running ACT 2010 Premium and using Outlook and ACT integration to send email/merge templates.
Couple days ago outlook crashed and the reason was mscoree.dll adding.
If I disable it - outlook works ok, and i can close outlook.
When I enabled mscoree.dll, restart outlook, i can send email, but then i can not merge emails and if I want to close outlook, i can close it, but outlook.exe is still in the taskmanager, i have to kill it in order to open it again. I did outlook repair, but now i think this might be related to the adding? I tried to re-setup the ACT-OL thing, but still the same.
Any ideas how to performe clean addin install?

Do you have multiple users of the database? If yes, are they also experiencing the same issue?
If yes, try opening the demo database and integrating it with Outlook (removing your production database) and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't persist, it would indicate an issue with the production database. If it does persist and only on the one computer, I would try uninstall ACT!, reboot the computer, and reinstall ACT!.
