ACT! Not Working on Chrome w/New Upgrade

  • Act! Premium (Web) Version: 0.205.0, Update 2 – Cloud Version
  • Local Machine – 1 User
  • Windows 10
  • Chrome

Since the new update on Saturday, ACT! hasn't been working in Chrome.  I received an error message and then when I close the error message the screen inside of ACT! does not display properly.  See attached.

Worked fine is IE and FireFox when I tried.

Re: ACT! Not Working on Chrome w/New Upgrade

Cause:
This can occur due to incorrect or corrupted data stored in the web browser’s cookies or cache.

Solution:

Refreshing the page, cookies, and cache at the same time

  1. Attempt to log into your Act! in the Cloud database
  2. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + R (Google Chrome) to refresh the page, cookies and cache at once

Note: You may be taken back to the login screen after refreshing. If so, simply log back into the database.

  3. Verify that you no longer receive the error message
