ACT Not Using outlook's default email account

Whenever we click an email in act it opens up a new message in outlook.  However, it doesn't use my outlook's default email address.  Anyone else seen this?  Possible solutions?

I tested this problem with some email links in Google chrome and outlook behaves correctly there.

Have a look at the data files tab in the account settings and make sure that the default you want to use is the same as the email address you have set as the default.
