This is driving me crazy.
When I installed ACT! Premium 2011 on my laptop PC, somehow it wanted to install the network sync service. Everytime I boot my laptop (WIndow 7 Home Premium), I get a User Account Control dialog box asking if I want to provide access. If I click No, it continues to boot normally. If I click Yes, I get some message about it not being compatible for some such reason. The path it gives is:
c:\act_premium_2011\Act Network Sync\setup.exe
I just want to stop this from happening and want to stop the Network Sync service from trying to install upon booting.
How do I get this to stop once and for all?

It sounds like an install didn't fully complete. You may have to make some changes to your registry:
1) Backup your registry
If running Windows 7 32-bit browse to the following entry:
If running Window 7 64-bit browse to the following entry:
3) Delete the entry that contains the path to the network sync setup (setup.exe)
4) Reboot your computer
