I've had this problem in both ACT 18 and 19... ACT keeps dropping my Google Integration Preferences/Settings leading to a halt in the integration.
This morning I checked and there was no database selected, so clicked select and it had the right Db and user name, but I had to complete the password. Once I did this, everything was fine.
Seems like it may not be storing my password, or losing its authentication for the database.
Any others experiencing this or have solutions?

Could you please try resetting the google integration preferences by following the steps in the following Knowledgebase article: http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/33804
Let us know if this solves the issue.
