ACT Internet Sync Error

Dear All, 

 

Back again after a long time..

One of my client users who work on Remote Database and Sync through Internet Sync, but some how since yesterday getting error on "Synchronizing records and Updates" i tried all aspects checking the blockage of Static IP but all were fine where as Network Sync works well without any issue.

 

ACT Version:

ACT! premium for Web v19 update 7

Users: 21

I had attached the screen shot for your reference.

I would appreciate if any experts can help me in this.

What version of Act! is the main database?

Both need to be same.

Its the same version as the client i.e. v19.

I would look into:

Notes, History, or Activity details exceeding 2MB in size (Act! versions 2013 [v15] and later)

 

 

  1. Use the instructions in the following article to back up the databases you will be running this process on:How to back up and restore an Act! database
        Answer ID 19211


  2. Close Act! database (have all users exit if shared database)
  3. Right-click file DBFixer_Large_Sync_Text.exe attached to this article, select Save Target As...
  4. Save file to local harddrive or desktop, double-click save file
  5. Read Disclaimer, then click OK
  6. Select database; click Apply Fix
  7. Message will be displayed when complete
  8. Click Close
  9. Open database; attempt sync to test
