I am using Act! Pro Version 21.0.295.0, Update 9; Windows 10 and MS Outlook (office 2019).
When I use the Merge Mail Wizard the History Tab does not get updated automatically even though i have selected the 'Email-subject only' option in the drop-down field (instep 5 or 7). Note - the email is deployed successfully from the database.
Can anyone explain why this happens?
