ACT History does not update anymore

ACT History does not update anymore

Hi,

I am using Act! Pro Version 21.0.295.0, Update 9; Windows 10 and MS Outlook (office 2019).

 

When I use the Merge Mail Wizard the History Tab does not get updated automatically even though i have selected the 'Email-subject only' option in the drop-down field (instep 5 or 7).  Note - the email is deployed successfully from the database.  

 

Can anyone explain why this happens?

You would have to press "insert" to be able to see that.
Once you press insert it will show you the history.

Thanks for your advice, Where can I find "insert" on the on the Contact page. See screen grab attachment.
