My company recently updated our 5500+ record ACT! database to the Premium version. We also purchased ACT! for Palm. A couple questions...
How do we eliminate the old phone record database in the Palms from the Palm Desktop and/or Hotsync Manager? They seem to remain on the Palm phones.
We have managed to get the new database downloaded to a Palm Centro and a Palm 750, but cannot get the "dialer" function to work - which is critical to using the handhelds. The Centro is new, and is definitely running the latest Palm OS. On both phones, the dialer appears, and acts as if it is placing a call, but the call is not actually made. Any suggestions?

You can delete the contacts from Palm Desktop, then preform a desktop overwrites handheld to delete them from the Palm.
When dialing a contact, which screen does it get to?
