I have ACT on my desktop and I'm trying to access it on my phone using ACT Essentials. When I went to log on it says it doesn't recognize my email or password. When I click that I forgot my password, it says that it could not locate my account with the email I provided. I then backed out thinking I didn't have an essential account, then I clicked on "sign up now". When I started the process of signing up, I put in my email, and it says I cant because an account with that email already exists. So, I'm a little lost and am just trying to get access to ACT on my phone. Any ideas?

I've asked someone who deals with Act! Essentials to have a look at this. It would help if you could private message me with your email address so we can check.
You mention having Act! on your desktop and you're trying to access it through Act! Essentials. Please note an Act! Essentials database has no connection with a desktop Act! database, it is completely separate.
