I use ACT!Premium 2008 on a Windows Server 2003 and many XP client machines.
I use ACT!Email tool directly with an internet mail address, not Outlook or Outlook Express.
I can create a new HTML format mail and insert pictures and text but when I send it,
it is right sent to the desired destination but without pictures (just empty rectangles).
If I reopen the sent mail from the "sent items folder", the mail is exactly in the same state,
ie without the pictures.
I have already requested about this problem with previous ACT! version, but the answer was
I used a too old Outlook 2000 software.
At this time, I have the last ACT! version on the last Server 2003 version without any Office
tools and I have the same problem :-(
I want to use ACT!Email to link the mails to the contacts in the database, but without pictures...
Any help, tips,... would be welcome.

Thanks for the link. The described results are the same as in my problem
but the used tool is directly ACT Email and not Write or Mail Merge functions.
I find no picture/image parameter in ACT Email which could explain the problem.
The question is always opened.

Sorry for the delay... I seem to have missed this thread.... if you haven't resolved it:
How are you trying to create the HTML?
Where are the graphics stored?
