I have 2007 Version 9.0
I want to use the ACT email setup instead of outlook. When I set the e-mail to Act e-mail on preferences, I am not able to click on the contact e-mail address to get an e-mail pop up box. Nothing happens. When I use outlook e-mail I do get a pop up message box reday to go.

First of all, make sure you are on the latest build of ACT! 2007, which is 220.127.116.11, Hotfix 3. You can view this from Help/About ACT!. If not, then you can download and install the updates from www.act.com/downloads.
What version of Outlook are you using?
When you click Write/New Email, do you get the New Message box in ACT! Email?
Are you clicking on the primary email address or an alternate email address?
Did this just start happening or has it never worked?
