I have noticed that the Dialer setup is grayed out if ACT is installed on 64 bit machines. Is there a way to resolve this?

I am running ACT on a 64 bit machine and the dialer is functioning as normal.
The only time I have seen an issue was when the Telephony Service Providers were damaged (Phone and Modem).
It wasn't grey though... darn thing just refused to dial.
Are you running an appropriate TAPI driver and can you make calls from other dialer applications?

Hi Brett and thanks for your response. I have since found out that it is the TAPI software that is not 64 bit compatible and therefore does not show up as available so not an ACT issue at all.
