ACT! CORP 2010 Instance - when the server already has running an application with SQL Server 2000?

Hello, Quick question, How I should create the ACT! CORP 2010 Instance (SQL Server 2005 EX), when the server already has running an application with SQL Server 2000?

Options:  which one?

1. How To Manually Create a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Instance for ACT!

2. How to Manually Create the Microsoft® SQL Server® 2005 (Express Edition) ACT7 Instance

Thanks

ACT! 2010 uses SQL 2005 or 2008. It won't use SQL 2000

So, assuming you typed the versions correctly... you'd need option 2
