ACT Pro v17
ACT will not start up - message appears:
"The ACT Address Book service is not properly configured, or the configured database XXXX.pad is locked. Do you want to configure it now" YES / NO
Click on YES - Act tries to load... then just 'hangs' wih a blank screen and the message ACT Pro (Not Responding)
These issues need to be sorted out by the developers. Win 10 is now over 12months out of development - the problems that users have should not be occuring.

The first thing to try would be to re-setup the Outlook synchronisation though Tools > Preferences > E-mail & Outlook Sync. Make sure Outlook is closed beforehand. Let us know if you get any errors during that process.
