ACT! Address Book in Outlook 2007

Hello all,
This is the second time I've seen this. ACT! 10.0.0.237 and Outlook 2007. In this case all has been working until last week. The ACT! Address Book will only display the last contact searched for and nothing else? Will not find anything else? Database is on a server. Other users are not having this problem. Machine specific. Removed the address book and set act10demo. That worked. Set the server database back, now displays 5 names and will still not find any other. Removed the the ACT! address book service from Outlook and set it back. No change? Anybody seen this before? I need a clue!

I found the answer to my own problem. The email addresses were all deleted from the database. No email address, no contact to view in address book.

You should also upgrade all users to 10.02 - faster and more stable.
