I have a customer who has v19 update 5 Premium in ACT and Outlook Home and Business 32bit 2013.
I have tried the following but the addin's tab in Outlook doesnt show:
- Reinstall of Act and Outlook
- Checked the settings in ACT
- Maked sure the addin and the address book are enabled/setup in ACT
But the Outlook Addins tab doesnt want to appear?
Can anyone help??????

Check that the load behavior is set t 3 in the registry for the act! addin
This will help with amending the registry
