We have a user using ACT! 8 Premium (Workgroup) with Microsoft Office 2003; they have the normal.dot/global template change problem, wherein tMS Word will not save a document. We have searched for the normal.dot files and deleted them, created new ones, etc. The only thing that enables her to use MS Word to save or save as is to uninstall ACT!, which then permits the normal operation of the program. Would like to be able to use the two together.
The version of ACT! is ACT! Premium (Workgroup) 220.127.116.11. Any help would be appreciated.
