ACT! 2013 Premium and Word 2013 - How to produce automatic history record

Hello,

 

I run Act! 2013 Premium (latest SP1 update) and Word 2013. The ACT! Word Process creates a automatic history record for each document printed.

I have not been able to do that when using MS Word 2013? (and I had the same problem with Word 2010).

 

Is it possible, and if so, how can it be solved?

Hello norbolig,
First, I should mention that Office 2013 compatibility is not included in 2013 SP1. There is a current issue with Word 2010 where doing a Print will not bring up the history recording box. the workaround is to use Quick Print - please see if this will work.

Thanks for the reply.

 

I did also try Quick Print. In Office 2013 (Word) unfortunately that does not seem to work out.

 

Hopefully ACT! will solve it when they become Office 2013 compatible. Is it a time schedule for this?
