Migrated from 2009 to 2013 Act! Premium for Web. Conversion went smoothly. First time I logged on via Web using IE 9 as aministrator, was successful. Upon either second or third time in I was prompted to congigure preferences.
Now when I try to access, I connect and immediately get kicked out.
Worked with tech support at Sage for 2.5 hours. They had me uninstall and reinstall some of the .net Framework and ultimately the entire ACT! program but I later discovered through my own testing that only one account is having troubles accessing. It seems that as long as you dont change the preferences you can get in.
The screen I get when I attempt says: An error has occurred on the server and has been logged. Please contact your administrator if this problem persists.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be most appreciative
