Clients just upgraded from ACT 2010 to 2012 and from Office 2003 to 2010. Now if the email address has a dot in it (E.G. john.smith@etc) it does not link to the act record where johnsmith@etc will link without a problem. Sure I have seen an article about this but did not find with a search on knowledge base. Machines patched to 2012 SP1 hotfix 4
