I have been attempting to delete a user who is no longer with our company from the ACT database. I am able to re-assign all of his contacts/records to another user, but when it tries to delete the user the database times out.
Is there a log somewhere that shows me why this user cannot be deleted?

Sorry to revive and old post but I ran into the same problem. Started the deletion and after a while it got timed out. Nothing has been done. Any suggestion appreciated
