Hello JXeFF,
Are your experiencing the exact issue and error message described in the original post? And neither the ACTDiag utility or the batch files resolved it? Are other remote sync users in your company having the same issue?

Please let us know how was it resolved, there are many of us who have gone through the process of running the  file and it still does not work.
