ACT 2012 SP1 Hotfix 5 Importing Error

One of the fixes in this update was ACT to ACT transfer of Activity and for the most part this has worked - but cleared Activity is not transferring as Activity but the history is. As clients run reports on the activity table information this is a big problem. We do purge cleared activity after a year but not having the import wizard correctly bring in cleared activity is a real problem.
