Why could ACT! 2012 generate blue screen problem in Windows XP and turn off the computer?
The problem is only when I open ACT!
I did a review with WINDOWS DEBUGGER SEE 6.11 and found a problem with the driver for the Intel video card ... reinstalling the driver but still the problem remains.
What could it be?
How could fix?
Thankyou and Best regards. (Attached File)

Hello Juan,
I'm not sure the issue is related to the video driver. A lot of times, if a program is causing a blue screen it means the install is damaged. I would uninstall/ reinstall ACT! to see if that fixes it. If not, then remove ACT!, SQL Server, and .NET and reinstall all from your ACT! disc or download.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
